Summer Union Services are in full swing in Melrose this summer. FUMC has partnered with four other churches in Melrose to host ecumenical worship services this summer. Please see the complete calendar of services on our Worship page. Please note that Childcare will be available at each service as will the chance for fellowship afterward. Please join us in worshiping together! HOMECOMING SUNDAY CELEBRATION & VICTORIAN FAIR BOOTH!
Homecoming Sunday is shaping up to be terrific celebration with all of our church family! Homecoming Sunday this year is Sunday, September 12. Activities include:
9:00 am All Church Pot-Luck Breakfast! 10:30 am Sanctuary Worship and Sunday School Rally Day !! * please note only ONE service on Homecoming Sunday 11:30 am - 5 pm Melrose Victorian Fair Booth
We Need YOU for the Victorian Fair!!
Show your FUMC spirit and help promote the church at the Victorian Fair on September 12th, 11:30 a.m. – 5:00 pm. All ages, seasoned and unseasoned are welcome and much appreciated!
Shifts available are:
11:00 am - 1:00 pm 2 positions open Set-up & Start of the Fair 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm 4 positions open Heart of the Fair! 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm 4 positions open End of the Fair and booth tear down
What do you need to do? Just tell folks what a great church we have! Do you have the gift of talking to folks you just meet? Are you proud of the great church and church family that we have? Come on then… help out at the Victorian Fair promoting our great church! Please email me or give me a call and tell me you would love to help out.
